Born and raised in New York, Robert Curreri began his career in post production in the early nineties as a music video colorist at National Video Industries. After turns as a director of photography, a music video director and then a lead guitar player in a band, Curreri returned to post production as a colorist when he moved to Los Angeles in 1999. He immediately landed a job at R!ot, Santa Monica and then moved on to the Syndicate in 2003.

Since then he has become one of the most prominent short form colorists in his field having colored hundreds of music videos for artists Beyonce, Lady Gaga, My Chemical Romance, All American Rejects, Weezer and Kid Rock, just to name a few. His commercial work includes spots for Honda, Target,

Ford, Sprint, Kia, Volkswagen, JC Penny, Budweiser, Yahoo and Reebok. In 2008, Robert Curreri returned to R!ot and then went on to CO3 Santa Monica before going out on his own to pursue feature film digital intermediates (his credits can be viewed on IMDB).

Over the years Robert Curreri has worked with many of the industry’s most talented directors and DP’s. He continues to produce trend setting work in short form, most recently collaborating on over 100 videos with prolific director Colin Tilley including multiple clips for Nicki Minaj, Justin Beiber, Little Wayne, and Chris Brown. His film career is quickly gaining steam as well having just wrapped "Some Girls" written by Neil Labute and starring Kristen Bell, Emily Watson, and Adam Brody.
